Khalil Kurdi completed his Radiology Residency at the George Washington University in Washington DC and completed his Fellowship in Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology at the same university.

Dr. Kurdi started his career in Saudi Arabia at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center by establishing the Neurointerventional Service. He has been active in establishing acute stroke interventions as well as aneurysm and AVM endovascular treatment.
